These terms apply to all bookings and services provided by RideWise.

Booking

Bookings can be made through our website enquiry form, by email or by telephone. A booking is only confirmed once it has been acknowledged by RideWise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking details provided are accurate.

Pricing

All prices quoted are based on the journey details provided at the time of enquiry. Prices may change if the journey details change, including pick-up location, destination, passenger numbers or travel time.

Payment

Payment arrangements will be agreed at the time of booking. Payment may be required in advance for certain journeys.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. RideWise reserves the right to apply reasonable cancellation charges where appropriate, particularly for late cancellations.

Waiting Times

For airport collections, reasonable waiting time will be allowed after the scheduled arrival time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges. For other journeys, drivers will wait for a reasonable period after the scheduled pick-up time.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for:

• Arriving at the agreed pick-up point on time
• Ensuring luggage fits within the vehicle capacity
• Ensuring appropriate child seats are used

Passengers must behave in a respectful and safe manner during the journey.

Delays

While RideWise will make every effort to ensure punctuality, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Traffic conditions
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Accidents or vehicle breakdowns

Liability

RideWise accepts no liability for missed flights or onward travel arrangements where delays occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Right to Refuse Service

RideWise reserves the right to refuse service where passenger behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or illegal.

Changes to Terms

RideWise may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
